Partial Staging

This service is perfect for people who are living in the home, on a small
budget or you have a property with furniture you'd like us to use. We will assess your home to provide a plan with suggestions on which areas could be enhanced with repairs or upgrading, how best to utilise your existing furniture and/or key furniture hire that will visually enrich the spaces within your home.
$150 initial 1 hour consultation. This fee will be waived if you progress with a staging plan.
The cost of further services will be provided after the initial consultation.



Staging is quoted on a six week minimum hire period.
Additional weeks will be charged at a weekly rate.

    It generally takes about 6 hours for an average 3 bedroom home. This does not include the initial consultation, preparation or transportation.
  • What happens if the property sells before the expiry of my staging?
    Congratulations! You've had the best possible outcome of a quick sale. Home Staging has been proven to help achieve a quick sale at the best price. Our items are booked for the minimum term of your staging period, therefore, we do not offer refunds for early termination.
  • Can you do the repairs and garden maintenance required?
    Yes, we have a team of property maintenance specialists for all our property and garden repairs and maintenance work.
